Four Feet of Water in Commercial Building

Pumping Out Standing Water

This commercial building needed to have the water pumped out before it could be dried out. Using a trash pump we were able to get all the standing water out of the building.

The next step was to muck out the dirt and grime that was brought in from the flooding. Flood water is also very dirty and carries contaminates. The insurance company contacted us and asked SERVPRO of St. Charles / Geneva / Batavia to remove all the materials and have the whole place disinfected.

We cleaned out the building to the studs, pressure washed everything and disinfected what was left. Now it will be ready for the remodel.
