Historic Building Needs Water Cleanup

These wood floors needed to be replaced after a pipe burst. The damage was very extensive ruining the wood floors. They needed to be torn out as well as the ceiling. After calling SERVPRO of St. Charles / Geneva / Batavia we started right away on removing the wet materials.

A burst pipe cleanup usually doesn't need to have the floors removed but these floors were older and had not had a good seal on them. They took on the water quickly and started buckling. But the new floors looked really good and now only need to be finished.
